Forensic
by: Sally

If the gravity of toxicological evidence in traces would be clear to all native inhabitants, than everybode would help the police to salvage and protect the traces from contamination before the police arrives at a crime scene to warp up an investigation. A single hear, a snippet of clothes or the seeds of plants - aka the smoking guns -could resolve murder in the first degree cases if the material is properly isolated. Display that it is true.

Houses
by: Betty

Talking about houses they are not cheap nowadays. Young people who wants to depard from their family home to start a new family by their own are often involved in long time banking, real estate agent tracking or rental procedures for social housing. All a great speech topic ideas. Choose e.g. to reveal the road map from thinking to buy a house to the moment you live their with your friend or girlfriend. Wat do you have do? Tell about the catches in the contracts and pitfalls in the small written parts. Give success stories to expose that it is possible if you want to succeed in buyig a house with an affordable loan. Ask your local broke for information to write a first outline.

Plan
by: Sabrina, Virginia Beach

Setting up a basic plan to get your home neat in under 30 minutes a day. A cleaning schedule is excellent. Perhaps you could also ask to make a schedule for better cleaning up the room in which you're talking. There is more dust in forgotten corners than most people see in public buildings... That reminds me of the sick building myth. Or isn't it a myth?

Speech Learnings
by: Prekshi Gulia, Gurgaon, Harayana, India

1. First thing is take positive + negative sides by looking at the people whom you are going to discuss with.

2. Next choose which one you liked most negative points / positive points of that thing. E.g.
if you are given that is politics a good line to choose or not a good line so you like to go against something or to go with something that depends on your choice and your thinking.

3. Now get ready and prepare for tough debate.
